GRETNA – An auto finance company is seeking damages for more than $17,000.
TD Auto Finance LLC filed a suit on Nov. 8 against Jashan Brown in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, Brown owes $17,441.15 plus interest on a 2016 Honda Accord Coupe.
The defendant is accused of an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
