GRETNA – A man is seeking damages for a car accident involving a vehicle being leased by Dollar Tree.
Carl Johnson filed a suit on Nov. 9 against Arch Insurance Company, Dollar Tree Stores Inc. and John Perkins in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Jan. 10. The suit states that the plaintiff was driving on US 61 when the defendant's leased vehicle struck the plaintiff's car, causing damages.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Graham J. Rees of Charbonnet Law Firm LLC in Metairie.
