GRETNA – The developer of a 70-room hotel is seeking damages for a breach of contract.
ARS Management LLC filed a suit May 7 against Louis Kong Architecture LLC and Louis Kong A.I.A. in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to complete work on the Best Western Plus New Orleans hotel in the allotted time promised under the agreed upon contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by The Silverman Law Firm in Gretna.
