GRETNA — An ATM company is seeking damages for alleged breach of contract.
Southeast ATM Alliance LLC filed a suit on Nov. 16 against Abdullah Muflahi in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.
According to the claim, the plaintiff allowed the defendant to place an ATM in his business location. The suit states that the defendant failed to place the ATM in the proper way, as the plaintiff's ATM was not installed and powered at the agreed upon spot.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Clarence F. Favret of Favret, Carriere, Cronvich LLC.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
