GRETNA – A woman is seeking damages for an incident at a Big Lots.
Marilyn Marino filed a suit Jan. 2 against Big Lots Store Inc in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place Jan. 2, 2017. The plaintiff was at the defendant's property at 755 Veterans Memorial Blvd. when the plaintiff was struck by a falling sign.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Michael Heggehind.
