GRETNA – A claims company is seeking damages after they were never paid.
Claims Consulting & Contracting LLC filed a suit Jan. 10 against Madeline Ockman in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place Oct. 8, 2015. The defendant filed for coverage with the plaintiff as the floor on the defendant's home at the address of 1053 Avenue C. Westwego had water damage. However, the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for the work completed.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremiah Nathan Johns of The Johns Firm LLC in New Orleans.
