Credit corporation seeks damages for alleged breach of contract

NEW ORLEANS – A credit corporation claims a customer breached her contract.

Credit Acceptance Corp. filed a lawsuit Jan. 8 against Angela Wasson in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for a breach of contract which took place on Jan. 3, 2018, when the defendant failed to make promised payments for the purchase of a property. The defendant has breached the contract.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Naomi A. Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur & Schwartz P.C. in Birmingham, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-187.
