NEW ORLEANS – A driver allegedly drove into a gate, damaging the property.
7500 Bullard LLC filed a lawsuit on Dec. 13 against John Doe, ABC Insurance Company, Swift Transportation Company and Knight-Swift Transportation in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Dec. 15, 2016. An unknown driver for Swift Transportation and/or Knight-Swift Transportation allegedly drove into a gate at 7500 Bullard Road, causing a great deal of damage.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Jack Hoffstadt in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
