Man claims he was hit by a sign at Home Depot

GRETNA –A man claims that he was hit by a sign at a Home Depot.

Ronald Green filed a suit on Jan. 24 against Home Depot U.S.A. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on June 22, 2017. The plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that while at the Home Depot in Harvey, he was injured when a sign blew over and struck him.

The defendant is accused of negligence

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Darryl M. Breaux in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
