GRETNA – A funding company claims it is owed more than $1,300 from a customer.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit Jan. 9 against Jeneve Pellegal in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay back the balance of $1,397.06 and 4.25 percent interest on a Best Buy account.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
