GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $3,600 in sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit Jan. 8 against Jeffery Bonamour in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages claiming that the defendant is indebted for the balance of $3,652.38 plus 4.25 percent interest on a Best Buy account.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
