GRETNA – A law firm is seeking damages for an unpaid balance.
Bisso & Miller LLC filed a suit on Jan. 9 against Derrick Dean D.O. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $122,966.04 for the legal advice and services rendered to him. He allegedly has failed to pay back the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Regel L. Bisso in Metairie.
