GRETNA –A bank is seeking damages for sums due from a Jefferson Parish siding business.
Capital One Bank USA N.A. filed a suit on Jan. 16 against Square Deal Siding LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with the balance of $14,824.79 plus interest, claiming that the defendant never paid off the sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
