GRETNA – American Express is seeking damages for an open account.
American Express Centurion Bank filed a suit Jan. 16 against Hoan Vu Mai in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages on an open account, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off a balance of $21,119.12.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
