GRETNA –American Express is seeking more than $6,000 on an open account.
American Express Bank FSB filed a suit on Jan. 16 against Denise B. Buck of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a balance of $6,497.88 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gilber G. Gonzalez Jr of The DeGrasse Law Firm PC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
