Property owner claims damage from unprofessional cable installation

GRETNA – A property owner claims a contractor did a poor installation of cable components.

Ippolito Holdings V LLC, 2201 Williams Blvd. LLC, and Cardon Property Management LLC filed a suit Feb. 5 against AT&T, dba DirecTv LLC, and Dish Network Service LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place when the defendant allegedly failed to install wiring correctly and damaged the plaintiff's property through poor workmanship.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Frank Ippolito of the Law Offices of Frank D. Ippolito.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
