GRETNA – A company claims that an employee committed fraud.
Auto Title of Louisiana LLC filed a suit Feb. 1 against Allison P. Camp in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging fraud.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant took money from the plaintiff and interfered with the evidence to protect herself from being detected for her crime.
The defendant is accused of fraud.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Shayna Beevers Morvant of Beever & Beevers LLP in Gretna.
