GRETNA — A funding company is seeking more than $2,000 in sums due.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit on Feb. 9 against Veronica Bland of Bridge City in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff if seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $2,221.63 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
