Capital One claims in lawsuit that woman owes over $2,800

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,800 in sums due.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Feb. 14 against Niza Gentry in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,832.13 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
