GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for sums due, claiming it is owed $2,800.

Bank of America filed a suit Feb. 16 against Rachel S. Galiano in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $2,800, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off sums due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.
