GRETNA — Capital One claims that a Jefferson Parish man owes it more than $2,000.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit on Feb. 16 against Milton A. Gonzalez in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, claiming that the defendant failed to pay back $2,049.34 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly L. Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
