GRETNA — Capital One is seeking damages for an open account held by a Jefferson Parish resident.
Capital One Bank filed a suit on Jan. 19 against Xing Wang in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging Wang has a past due account with the balance of $5,271.31 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Christopher M. Lack of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
