Woman accused of attacking, threatening former employee

NEW ORLEANS – A woman is seeking damages claiming she was attacked and threatened.

Ana Vasquez and Erica Vasquez filed a lawsuit  February 8 against Sandra Samayoa in Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs are seeking damages for an incident that allegedly  took place on May 16, 2017. The plaintiffs visited the defendant's house to receive payment from the defendant, as instructed. When the plaintiffs entered into the house, the defendant began to accuse Ana Vasquez, who worked for her, of having an affair with her partner, and then proceeded to attack her by grabbing her hair and injuring her. In addition to being physically harmed, Ana Vasquez and her family allegedly were threatened by the defendant

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Chris Szelo in New Orleans of Orleans Legal LLC.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Henry Julien Jr.
