Faubourg Saint Charles HOA allegedly owes developer more than $100,000

NEW ORLEANS – A condominium developer is seeking more than $100,000 in past due payments from its HOA.

Faubourg Saint Charles LLC filed a lawsuit February 27 against Faubourg Saint Charles Homeowners Association Inc. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging an open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff claims the defendant is indebted in the balance of $100,388.20 plus interest and has failed to pay the balance off.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney John M. Waters of Bienvenu, Foster, Ryan & O'Bannon LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Nakisha Ervin-Knott.
