GRETNA — An individual claims that she was caused to trip and fall in a shop.
Shiphay Green filed a suit on March 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Travelers Constitution State Insurance Company, Citi Trends Inc. and Cherline Cha Cha Dufrene, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on April 22 when she allegedly was walking in the defendants' store and allegedly was caused to trip and fall over a hanger bar that allegedly was left in the aisle.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Keith P. Saltzman.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
