GRETNA — A bank is seeking more than $2,000.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit on March 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Darin M. Brunet, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the amount of $2,563.36 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay the amount due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
