Capital One claims Orleans Parish man owes more than $5,000

NEW ORLEANS – Capital One is seeking more than $5,000 from an Orleans Parish man.

Capital One Bank filed a lawsuit January 8 against Jason D. Landry in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages in the sum of $5,415.31 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Donald Johnson.
