NEW ORLEANS – A law firm is seeking more than $7,800.
Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson LLP filed a lawsuit Jan. 9 against Derek Fossier and Libertas Property Investments LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $7,867.31, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Wesley Plaissance of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson LLP in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney Cates IV.
