NEW ORLEANS – A rental company claims that it is owed more than $25,000.
Adler Tank Rentals LLC filed a lawsuit January 16 against Evergreen Resource Recovery LLC and Ryan Hess in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $25,913.20 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying the balance due.
The defendant is accused of an open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Nicholas P. Arnold in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
