Baker & Stucco Services allegedly owes supplier more than $40,000

GRETNA – A supply company claims that is owed more than $40,000.

B&L Supply Inc. filed a suit on February 27 against Baker & Stucco Services LLC and John Baker in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $42,187.28 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay what was owed.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Charles V. Cusimano III in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
