Ford Motor Credit Company LLC claims that it is owed more than $21,000

GRETNA — A company is seeking more than $21,000.

Ford Motor Credit Company LLC filed a suit on March 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jasa L. Dufrene, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $21,165.03, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying off the amount owed.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Keith M. Frey of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
