GRETNA — Capital One Bank is seeking more than $4,000.
Capital One Bank filed a suit on March 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Alexandria Dorsette, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $4,125.93, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying off her balance.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Biltt LLC in Metairie.
