GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $3,400.
Capital One Bank filed a suit March 16 against Justin H. Hoerner in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages in the balance of $3,436.46, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
