GRETNA – Whitney Bank is seeking over $38,000.
Whitney Bank filed a suit March 16 against Kimberly Mia Jackson Payne in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $38,722.77 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Keith Frey of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
