GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,100 from a customer.
Capital One Bank filed a suit March 16 against Monica Mora in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,186.95 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay the balance.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
