GRETNA – A credit company is seeking more than $22,000.
Ford Motor Credit Co. LLC filed a suit March 12 against Dany Sanchez in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident in which the defendant allegedly failed to pay the balance of $22,429.70.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Keith Frey of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
