GRETNA – A man is seeking damages for a trip and fall in a bathroom at a U-Haul dealership..
Shane Schruff filed a suit March 12 against Repwest Insurance Co. and U-Haul Co. of Louisiana and Arec 24 LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on March 3, 2017, when the plaintiff was caused to trip and fall in a poorly lighted bathroom.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Colby Wenck of The Wenck Law Firm LLC in Metairie.
