GRETNA — A company is seeking more than $2,000.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit on March 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Abdulla Husein, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for more than $2,246.61 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay the balance owed.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
