Louisiana State University claims that it is owed nearly $4,000

GRETNA — A university is seeking more than $3,000.

The Louisiana State University Board of Supervisors through Louisiana State University filed a suit on March 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ebonie Nykkole Moody, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, a university is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $3,843.97 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kaila M. Hutchison of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 782062.
