GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $3,200 in sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit March 29 against Marva Walton in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $3,259.81 plus interest, claiming the defendant failed to pay the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
