GRETNA — A woman claims that an unstable display rack injured her.
Yelena I. Mazarsky filed a suit on March 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Goodwill Industries of South Louisiana Inc. and Hanover American Insurance Company, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on April 2, 2017 when she was at the Goodwill store at 4329 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Metairie. The suit states that the plaintiff allegedly was injured when a purse rack fell on her car.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Harold L. Ehrenberg in Metairie.
