NEW ORLEANS – A company claims that a construction project was significantly delayed by a contractor's negligence.
Michall Group LLC filed a lawsuit on March 28 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Ronald R. Frank II and R. Frank Construction and Development Inc., alleging negligence and breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for a string of incidents that allegedly took place and caused a construction project to be delayed.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by the Moeller Firm LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Donald Johnson.
