NEW ORLEANS — A man was injured after allegedly tripping and falling over an unmarked cable.
Rodney Warren filed a lawsuit on March 27 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against SMG and the City of Kenner, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on May 19 when he allegedly was caused to trip over some unmarked cables. The plaintiff claims that he was injured in the incident.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney R. Brent Cueria of Cueria Law Firm LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Donald Johnson.
