GRETNA — Capital One is seeking more than $2,000.
Capital One Bank filed a suit on April 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Louis Wells Jr., alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $2,172.54 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
