Campus Federal Credit Union claims that it is owed almost $65,000

GRETNA — A credit union is seeking more than $64,000.

Campus Federal Credit Union filed a suit on April 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Brandy M. Mouton, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $64,271.03, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Stacy G. Butler of Kizer, Hood & Morgan LLP in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 782229.
