GRETNA – A man claims that his car was struck by a commercial driver.
Pedro A. Rosales filed a suit April 2 against Patrick J. Tero and/or his unknown auto insurance carrier; ABC Ins. Co.; and/or Haulin Tails Seafood and Whole Sales LLC, dba Haulin Tails LLC; and/or its commercial vehicle liability insurance policy carrier, Allstate Ins. Co. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff was driving on April 4, 2017 when the defendant who was driving a vehicle, struck the plaintiff's vehicle, resulting in substantial injuries and damages.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
