GRETNA – A property company claims that it was not paid rent by a tenant.
Hord Street Property LLC filed a suit April 2 against Fabcar LLC and James M. Roemer in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant failed to pay rent to the plaintiff and now owes the balance that is not stated but includes attorneys fees, interest and late fees.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Ira Rozenweig of Adams, Hoefer, Holwadel LLC in Mandeville.
