GRETNA – A contractor is being sued for an alleged breach of contract.
R. Wimprine Contractor LLC filed a suit April 4 against Jacob Chapman in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place in January 2018 when the plaintiff entered into a contract with the defendant for a tile work job to be completed. The suit states that the defendant failed to complete the work to the specifications agreed upon.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Robert Garrity Jr in Harahan.
