GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking over $3,800 from a customer.
Bank of America filed a suit April 4 against Donald P. Hebert in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off the balance due of $3,872.18 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
