GRETNA — Two individuals claim that their car was struck.
Andrea Baca-Ramos and Maynor Perez filed a suit on April 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Daniel Caballero, Delta Region Coffee Service Inc. and Progressive Paloverde Insurance Company, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiffs are seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on April 4, 2017 when they were at the Discount Zone in Terrytown. Caballero allegedly failed to stop as his car allegedly approached the plaintiffs' vehicle.
The plaintiffs are seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiffs are represented by Arthur O. Schott III in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan.
